The posters are printed on premium 250 g/m² glossy paper, which ensures vibrant colors, high-definition quality, and long-lasting durability. They are printed to order at our workshop in Bordeaux.

Question 2

Can I return a personalized poster or get a refund for it?

Accepted Answer

No: Since the posters are made to order based on your specifications, they are neither refundable nor exchangeable. Please carefully review your text, photos, and format before confirming your order.

Question 3

What is the delivery time for a custom poster?

Accepted Answer

Delivery is guaranteed within 24 hours in mainland France. Order before 2:00 p.m. to receive your poster the next day.

Question 4

What is the difference between A4, A3, and A2 sizes for a custom poster?

Accepted Answer

The A4 (21×29.7 cm) is ideal for a home office or a small decorative niche. The A3 (29.7×42 cm) is the most popular versatile size. The A2 (42×59.4 cm) makes a bold statement on a large wall and creates a strong visual impact, especially for family or wedding posters.

Question 5

Which frame should you choose for a custom poster?

The black frame is simple and complements any modern interior. The wooden frame adds a warm, natural touch. The gold frame is ideal for more elegant or festive decor. Without a frame, the poster can be displayed in an existing frame or with decorative clips.

Are there any special rates for ordering multiple custom posters?

Accepted Answer

Yes, volume discounts are available for large orders, such as for an event, a wedding, or a corporate order. Contact customer service for a quote.
