Question 1

What are the most popular Valentine's Day gifts at Monsieur TSHIRT?

Accepted Answer

Last year, the most popular items were the "Je t'aime p'tit cul" boxers, the "C'est à moi" boxers with a personalized face, the sweatshirt with an initial and an embroidered heart, and the unisex socks with a personalized face. All of these items are made to order in our workshop in Bordeaux.

Question 2

What's the difference between an embroidered gift and a printed gift for Valentine's Day?

Accepted Answer

Embroidery offers a premium, long-lasting finish, ideal for initials or a heart on an organic cotton sweatshirt. Printing allows you to add a face, a photo, or a colorful design to clothing or accessories.

Question 3

How can I personalize a Valentine's Day gift online?

Accepted Answer

On each product page, you can add your text, first name, photo, or date, depending on the template you choose. Your gift is then printed and shipped within 24 hours from our workshop in Bordeaux.

Question 4

What's the difference between giving a material gift and an experience for Valentine's Day?

Accepted Answer

An experience creates a memorable moment but fades with time. An embroidered T-shirt, a personalized sweatshirt, or an accessory featuring your face serves as a daily reminder of what you share, long after February 14.

Question 5

Can I return a personalized Valentine's Day gift?

Accepted Answer

Personalized products are neither refundable nor exchangeable. Please carefully check the design, first name, and size before confirming your order.

Question 6

How much should you budget for a personalized Valentine's Day gift?

Accepted Answer

Gifts start at €10, ranging from keychains to a two-pack sweatshirt set. Shipping is free in mainland France, even for last-minute orders.

Question 7

Can I order a last-minute Valentine's Day gift?

Accepted Answer

Yes, as long as you place your order before 2 p.m. for same-day shipping. Your gift is printed at our workshop in Bordeaux and delivered free of charge within 24 hours in mainland France and within 48 hours internationally.
