Question 1

What is a custom T-shirt?

Accepted Answer

A custom T-shirt is a T-shirt on which you choose the design, text, photo, or logo to be printed. At Monsieur TSHIRT, it’s made to order in a workshop in Bordeaux from 100% organic cotton, and no two are exactly alike.

Question 2

How do I design my own custom T-shirt on Monsieur TSHIRT?

Accepted Answer

From the customization page, simply choose the style (men’s, women’s, or children’s), add text, import an image or logo from your gallery, and then adjust the size, position, and orientation of the design. You can customize both the front and back of the T-shirt. Once the order is confirmed, the Bordeaux-based workshop takes care of the rest.

Question 3

What's the difference between a printed T-shirt and a custom embroidered T-shirt?

Accepted Answer

Printing allows us to reproduce complex designs, photos, gradients, and a wide range of colors with a crisp, smooth finish. Embroidery creates a raised effect that is more subtle and luxurious, making it ideal for a first name, nickname, or small symbol. Both techniques are carried out in France, at our workshop in Bordeaux.

Question 4

Can we order custom T-shirts in large quantities?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Monsieur TSHIRT offers discounts for bulk orders of 10 or more items, with an online quote available within 24 hours. This service is ideal for businesses, organizations, or events (bachelorette parties, birthdays, seminars).

Question 5

How much does a custom T-shirt from Monsieur TSHIRT cost?

Accepted Answer

Discounts are available on orders of 3 or more items. Custom T-shirts are available for every budget, with affordable prices starting with just a few pieces. Shipping is free in mainland France and Belgium.

Question 6

How long does it take to receive your custom T-shirt?

Accepted Answer

Since each T-shirt is made to order, Monsieur TSHIRT offers delivery within 48 hours from its workshop in Bordeaux. Since 2013, this made-to-order and fast-shipping model has been at the heart of the website’s operations, even for last-minute orders.

Question 7

Are personalized T-shirts eligible for a refund or exchange?

Accepted Answer

No. Since personalized products are made specifically for each order, they cannot be exchanged or refunded. It is therefore important to check the text, photo, and selected options before confirming your order.
