Question 1

What materials are Monsieur TSHIRT's custom panties made of?

Accepted Answer

Our panties are available in two fabric blends depending on the style: modal fabric (95% modal, 5% spandex) with lace trim (88% nylon, 12% spandex), or pure nylon (95% nylon, 5% spandex). These soft, breathable, and comfortable fabrics are chosen for their shape retention and support in everyday wear.

Question 2

What styles of custom panties do you offer?

Accepted Answer

Monsieur TSHIRT mainly offers customizable thongs, as well as classic panties. Each style can be personalized with a first name, a message, or a design, making them the perfect original gift for a birthday, wedding, or bachelorette party.

Question 3

How do I care for my custom panties?

Accepted Answer

Our panties are machine washable at 30°C, with the garment turned inside out. To preserve the customization and the fabric, avoid using a dryer and do not iron directly over the design.

Question 4

Where are the panties manufactured and customized?

Accepted Answer

The panties are manufactured in Portugal. The customization (printing or embroidery) is then done in our workshop in Bordeaux (33), France, resulting in a product that is 100% made in Europe, from start to finish.

Question 5

How do you choose the right size of panties?

Accepted Answer

Check the size guide available on the product page: it lists the waist and hip measurements for each size. If you're unsure between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for greater comfort, especially for thong styles.

Question 6

Can personalized panties be returned or exchanged?

Accepted Answer

Since panties are personalized and intimate items, they cannot be returned or exchanged, in accordance with regulations governing hygiene products and custom-made items. In the event of a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, our customer service team will quickly find a solution—please contact us at contact@monsieurtshirt.com.
