Question 1

Why give a personalized birthday gift instead of a traditional one?

Accepted Answer

Because an embroidered name, an engraved date, or a printed photo transforms a simple object into a keepsake. At Monsieur TSHIRT, each piece is designed to tell a specific story about the person receiving it—something a ready-made gift simply can’t do. And since everything is made to order in our workshop in Bordeaux, no two pieces are alike.

Question 2

What birthday gift ideas for women can you find at Monsieur TSHIRT?

Accepted Answer

The catalog ranges from organic cotton T-shirts to comfortable sweatshirts, including a photo mug for your morning coffee, an embroidered cap, a wall poster, an engraved keychain, a personalized cocktail glass, and even a toiletry bag. There’s something for everything, from everyday gifts to more symbolic items.

Question 3

Whether you're on a tight budget or just want to treat yourself: what are the brand's prices?

Accepted Answer

Prices start at €15 for small accessories (key chains, socks, mugs), range from €30 to €50 for embroidered apparel such as T-shirts or sweatshirts, and are higher for gift sets or premium items. Prices remain affordable even for a single item.

Question 4

In practice, how does the customization process work?

Accepted Answer

It only takes three steps: choose the product and its color, add the first name, date, a message, or a photo using the online tool, then confirm. The workshop in Bordeaux then takes over to craft the custom piece, with no manual effort required on your part.

Question 5

Embroidery or printing: Which should you choose for a gift for a woman?

Accepted Answer

It all depends on the look you're going for. Embroidery provides a subtle, textured finish—perfect for a first name or a short date. Printing, on the other hand, allows for more creative freedom: bright colors, photos, gradients, and more intricate designs. Both are done in the same workshop, with the same attention to detail.

Question 6

I waited until the last minute—is it too late to order?

Accepted Answer

Not necessarily. Made-to-order production allows for shipping within 24 hours in mainland France, and within 48 hours internationally from Bordeaux, France. If you place your order before 2 p.m., you can still receive it the very next day—just in time to make up for a birthday you forgot to mark on your calendar.

Question 7

What happens if I make a mistake with my order?

Accepted Answer

Since each personalized item is one-of-a-kind and made especially for you, it cannot be returned or refunded once you've confirmed your order. That's exactly why we recommend that you double-check the first name, photo, or text one last time before clicking "Order."

Question 8

Are there collections based on milestone ages (18, 30, 40, 50, etc.)?

Accepted Answer

Yes, many designs are created specifically for these key milestones, often with a lighthearted and playful tone. It’s also possible to customize them to reflect the person’s first name and sense of humor, for a result that truly reflects who they are.
